Summary:

Successful candidate will conduct one on one contact with potential referral sources and maintain positive relationships with current referral sources. Design and manage the marketing strategies for their assigned hospital territory; utilizing educational and marketing opportunities to present Kindred to referral sources. Identifies; contacts and recruits potential clients. Sources potential, appropriate patients for hospital. Candidate will coordinate transmission of clinical and treatment benefits to patients, families and outside agencies. Act as liaison for outside agencies, non-plan facilities, and outside providers. Conduct patient assessments to identify appropriate patients for potential admission into the system. Responsible for managing the referrals and admissions that are generated through their assigned hospitals and territories by professional representation of Kindred to referral sources at all times.

 





Qualifications:

 

Education: College degree or equivalent.

 

Licenses/Certification: Valid driver's license.

 

Experience: Two years of sales experience- background in the sales of medical devices, pharmaceutical or hospital setting strongly preferred.  Experience in managing the sales and marketing responsibilities for multiple locations.
