Job Description: 
Provides nursing triage care by phone to patients and families in homes and institutional settings. Processes referrals and admissions during weekends, holidays and after office hours.
Requirements
Current Florida RN license with 2-3 years nursing experience preferably in oncology, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care. Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired. Demonstrated ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles. Valid Florida Drivers license and Insurance.
