Rosemont Presbyterian Village, a personal care and independent living community, located on the Main Line, is seeking a part-time Resident Care Assistant.

This position is for 6 shifts bi-weekly, 3-11pm, with an every other weekend obligation.

The RCA Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality.

Experience: A minimum of three months prior nursing assistant experience required. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of a Pennsylvania state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements.
Must hold current Nursing Assistant Certification in Pennsylvania or be eligible to obtain certification within four months of employment.
