Celebrate Caring at SunBridge Healthcare Corporation! We are seeking a dynamic Regional Director Clinical Operations to join our regional leadership team in Idaho.

This position must be located in Idaho. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

This regional position is for a NURSE with DON experience in long term care. Only candidates with DON experience in long term care will be considered.

As a member of our regional leadership team you will be responsibilities for:
• Assessing and evaluating clinical operations for nursing centers throughout the state.
• Function as a liaison between Director of Nursing Service (DNS) and the Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO).
• Support the Regional Team’s operational strategy by providing leadership, staff training and development, clinical operations, continuous quality improvement, customer service and business development.
Job Requirements :
* We are seeking a team-focused, experienced Registered Nurse, RN, with 3 – 5 years Director of Nursing experience preferred.
* Geriatrics and/or long term care management of multi-center or multi-state operations preferred.
* Extensive travel between facilities will be required.
