Responsibilities Atria Senior Living is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to oversee the communities located in our Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, MD and VA). The RVP is responsible for all strategic leadership, operational and functional aspects of the communities in the region. The Regional Vice President's role is to direct their Executive Directors and work with the regional team to assure achievement of Atria's financial and quality goals. Qualifications Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Assisted Living/senior housing industry
- Multi-site business operations experience;
- Documented success in exceeding business financial goals
- Excellent reputation in management and leadership
- A strong background in sales with the ability to provide direction and drive the business
- Strong performance in the area of regulatory compliance is ideal
