We are experiencing tremendous growth and are expanding our sales teams nationwide. Due to growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Sales Associate with a passion for sales, to join our innovative team of creative sales professionals in Post Falls, ID. We are looking for creative individuals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on new responsibilities as needed.

About the position: The Sales Associate is a quota carrying position focused on closing the sale of rental apartments at Garden Plaza of Post Falls, our full-service retirement community in the Spokane, WA/Coeur d'Alene, ID area. This person will network with community leaders, identify prospects, qualify and close the sale.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years outside, quota-driven sales experience with long sales-cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Exemplary selling skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
