Job Description:  ·Sets up the assigned dining areas.
·Ensures all meals are served on time with all items in place.
·Ensures food is served at correct temperatures.
·Ensures all elders are feed a nutritional diet that meets their specific dietary needs.
·Serves both elders and associates in a friendly respectful manner at all times.
·Helps other associates take care of the elders.
·Ensures the elders enjoy their dinning experience.
·Ensures all sanitation standards are in compliance.
·Uses the dish machine and the pots & pans properly.

Requirements Education:
·Less than high school education.
Experience:
·None
Licenses/Certifications:
·None
Knowledge and Skills:
·Ability to work with a large group of elders.
·Beginner level knowledge of cash handling preferred.
·Knowledge of cash register operation required.
·Knowledge of different therapeutic diets required.
·Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
·No writing skills required.
·Ability to speak in simple sentences.
·Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
·Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straight-forward written or oral instructions.
