Job Description: 
Celebrate Caring at Idaho Falls Care and Rehabilitation Center, a SunBridge Healthcare affiliate. We're seeking a Cook at our 105-bed center, located in Idaho Falls, ID. Applicants must have the ability to follow standardized recipes while cooking for 80 plus people at one time, must be able to manage a clean workspace

Ideal applicant will have experience cooking in a healthcare setting and have a positive attitude toward the elderly. Our center is committed to providing the finest service to our residents, from quality clinical care to quality food service.

Responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Nutritional Services Director, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.

Job Requirements :

* One year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
* Food safety/sanitation certification if required by state law.
* Must have the ability to read and follow recipes, prepare and serve meals.
* Ability to operate department specific equipment.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive attitude toward the elderly.
