EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ASSISTED LIVING HFA OR RCA

Competitive Salary!!!

Ideal candidate:
* Indiana Health Facility Administrator (HFA) or Resident Care Administrator (RCA) license required.
* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience in Senior Housing or Long Term Care Administration.
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
* Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
* Customer service focused and must be a leader who manages by walking around and not behind a desk.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. The Executive Director will implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
