Silverado Hospice is currently looking for an experienced, results-driven Hospice Director of Community Relations to lead the marketing team based out of the Dallas office.
 
The Hospice Community Relations Manager responsibilities include:
  • Ensure sales activities, quotas, and/or other assigned responsibilities are being achieved by the Hospice Sales Liaisons.
  • Provide necessary training to Hospice Sales Liaisons. 
  • Monitor the sales marketing budget. 
 
The ideal Hospice Director of Community Relations candidate will have:
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team.
  • Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Several years of sales management experience in the healthcare environment – ideally hospice care.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer’s disease and their families.  
  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with prior hospital sales management experience and/or established relationships with hospital case managers, hospitalists, pulmonologists, oncologists, cardiologists, or dialysis centers.
  • Sales management background in DME, DME sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales or any other related industry also desirable.
