Job Description:	Summary: Responsible for development, support, training and expertise in clinical areas for assigned Region. Under the direction of the Region Vice President of Clinical Operations and in collaboration with other Region management and hospital Chief Clinical Officers, develops core standardized clinical policies and procedures to achieve Region's mission, vision and goals. Provides support to Region facilities to implement established standards of care. Provides editing input to improve monitoring practice and implementations. Nursing Director Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing preferred. Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse Experience: Minimum five years' experience in clinical management and leadership positions.
