Job Description:  Director of Provider Relations

 

               

Extendicare Health Services, Inc., a leading provider of long-term and subacute care, has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Provider Relations for the Pittsburg area .   This position is 100% sales and is primarily hospital based.   The DPR   is responsible for generating hospital-based referrals.   They are the key contact for their assigned facilities providing support as needed.

 

Qualified candidate should possess the following:

·         Marketing, Sales or Public Relations background

·         Excellent clinical assessment skills

·         Case Management experience

·         Good analytical skills and attention to detail

·         Strong interpersonal and communications skills

·         Long-term are experience preferred
