Summary:

Performs carpentry work, plumbing repairs, and maintaining and repairing indoor and outdoor facility equipment.  Assists with electrical trouble-shooting and make necessary repairs as well as installation of new service or projects.

 

Essential Functions:


  • Performs light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, oiling hinges, clearing clogged drains.

  • Moves furniture and equipment as needed

  • Assists in installation and repair of all facility mechanical systems.

  • Picks up various supplies, parts, and building materials and delivers to appropriate location as required.

  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

  • Promotes adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and identifying and responding to compliance issues.

  • Skilled in mechanical, tileing, flooring, plumbing and JCAHO.

 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

 Licenses/Certification: None
