We are looking for a

Regional Rehabilitation Director
for Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia

The Regional Rehab Director will oversee the rehab operations of select number of Five Star Facilities/Communities in the states of Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia

Independent Living, Assisted Living and CCRCs Facilities

This position must be based in one of the states of operation, with a direct report to the Vice President of Rehab Services

The Regional Rehab Director is responsible for directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs, services and personnel in his/her region, in a manner that supports the goals of Five Star Senior Living, Inc while maintaining federal and state regulations and the state specific practices acts for physical, occupational and speech therapy.

I f you are a graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program and have five years of strong clinical experience with at least one year management experience. Multi-building management experience with AL/IL (outpatient)  & Skilled Care is required.
