Senior Healthcare Services, based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is a multi-site Medicare certified home health and private duty home care agency with 300 employees. As an affiliate of Vi, this agency is a preferred provider for delivering home care services to Residents living in Vi and Classic Residence communities.

Responsibilities of the Director of Home Health include achievement of clinical, financial and operational goals, Medicare compliance, and leading the agency’s growth by building a dynamic team and establishing new locations and referral sources.

The qualified candidate must have 1 year of leadership experience in a Medicare certified home health agency along with 10 years progressive experience in leadership and management roles establishing standards and implementing programs and systems for all aspects of operating a home care agency. Excellent financial acumen, organization, problem solving, communication and relationship building skills. Master’s degree preferred. Nursing licensure a plus.
