We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.  This position will call on long term care facilities through a high volume of outbound telephone calls (60 per day) to discuss their pharmacy and business initiatives with the ultimate goal of scheduling a meeting with the Sales Representative for a designated territory.

Essential Functions:
• Must identify most appropriate decision maker within the organization and be able to initiate conversation with them to establish a relationship and discover their pharmacy needs
• Introduce our services and educate the decision maker on what value our services provide
• Be a valuable conduit between marketing and sales teams
• Updating customer management database
• Updating company files with newly acquired information and determining value of prospect

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of lead generation experience required
• Experience in high volume cold call environment
• Excellent communication skills, expansive vocabulary and a high degree of professionalism
• Significant experience working with customer relationship management software
• Good research skills
• Marketing experience desired
• Experience in business development for healthcare or pharmacy desired
