Job Description: 

Located in North Naples - Full time opening for a Lead Line Cook in the kitchen of the Cascade Room at Vi at Bentley Village. Duties include assisting Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in all areas of the kitchen. Responsible for creating a high quality food product and leading line cooks and utility workers. High school diploma or G.E.D. along with 1 to 3 yuears experience with a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company is required. Must possess or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification. Work hours include days/ evenings/holidays & weekends.
