Job Description: 

Maintenance generalist with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechancial equipment & AC. Individual will performs routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems, life saftey systems, buildiing automation systems and equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills along with the ability to work independently required. Minimum of 2 years experience in operating and maintaining mechanical, AC/electricial equipment and/or building repairs. Trade school or courses in electrical wiring, refrigeration heating/AC, plumbing or carpentry preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and EPA certification.

Work hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday but candidate must be available to work on a weekend, if necessary.
