TidePointe, A Vi community located on beautiful Hilton Head Island SC, is looking for a part-time HR Generalist to be responsible for multiple aspects of the human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, HRIS, workers’ compensation and employee relations. Implements various programs by partnering with employees at all levels to ensure an educated and effective workforce. Contributes to efficient daily operations and high employee and resident satisfaction.

Education and Experience: •Education: College degree; Masters degree preferred. •Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in HR. Senior living/hospitality industry experience a plus.•Licensure / Certification: None
