Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing, current CO License. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. Current  knowledge of nursing skills&techniques in Long Term Care. Progressive Care Center has been serving the Canon City community and surrounding areas since 1972, offering nursing home care, memory care, respite care and rehabilitation therapies.  Progressive Care Center is located adjacent to St. Thomas More Hospital and is part of Centura Health at Home, with more than 1,300 employees serving communities across the state, caring for more people in more places than any other organization of its kind in Colorado.
