Job Description:	Purpose: An RN who is responsible for triaging symptom-based calls from clients, assessing needs and giving appropriate clinical advice per guidelines. Provide referral to primary providers, specialists, healthcare facilities, and community resources as appropriate. Telephone education and counseling callers regarding a variety of health-related topics. After-Hours precertification and case management for callers as necessary, when contractually required by clients or be state UR regulations. Administering Prenatal Program and follow-up to registrants and referral to Case Management as per client-specific requirements and per policy and procedure.
