Job Description:  *Position will cover the following offices in Arkansas:  Salem, Mountain Home, Calico Rock, Forrest City, West Memphis and Pine Bluff
Pay: $17- $20/hr
 
Duties:
Assists agency in meeting requirements for Joint Commission and state licensing surveys.  Maintains up to date knowledge of regulations affecting agency and acts as a resource to staff regarding these agencies, including: State Minimum Standards, OSHA, JC, HCFA, DHH, CLIA, and ADA.  Assists Performance Improvement Coordinator in review and revision of the Policy and Procedure Manual, Safety Policies, Risk Management Policies, and Infection Control Guidelines. Assists Branch Manager/DON/Administrators in monitoring all agency sites for compliance with regulations under the direction of Regional Performance Improvement Coordinator.  Assists PIC in assessing agency compliance with employee health program.  Performs OBQM, OBQI audits as requested by PIC.  Assists in performing quarterly chart audits for UR and Home Office determined audits.  Assists in Quality Assurance and Focus Medical Review under direction of PIC.  Assists Branch Manager/DON/Administrator through conducting on-site surveys of branches regarding compliance with meeting regulatory, accreditation, and payor source guidelines.  Assists Regional PIC on any specificPI/Quality related tasks, research, and helping to develop educational material for identified in service needs, etc.
 
Requirements:
Licensed as an LPN in the state of Arkansas
Must have recent clinical home health experience working as a field nurse
The ideal candidate would have experience auditing home health clinical records
