We currently have a full-time opportunity for an experience healthcare  Sales Manager .  The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training new outside sales staff, to drive admission growth for Home Health VNA, Merrimack Valley Hospice and Home Care Inc. The Sales Manager develops strategies for all programs in our territory.  He or she assures the marketing team's participation and execution of the strategic plan and target admission goals for each agency; serves as a resource for staff; assesses and monitors educational needs; oversees program growth; and provides programs to enhance the professional development of staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with community agencies both public and private to develop and improve agency relationships
  • Oversee the daily management of community liaison staff
  • Consult with agency staff and area hospital continuing care coordinators on developing care plans for patients referred to the agency
  • Interface with Intake Department on a regular basis regarding patients
  • Coordinate patient retrival system
 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum of Bachelors Degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. Multiple site experience and at least 3 years of management experience.  At least five years of hospice, homecare or healthcare sales and marketing experience.  Ability to prioritize, set goals, and work in autonomous manner. Excellent writing and communications skills.
