Community Health RN 

SUMMARY: Registered Nurses--Be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing home care to a diverse caseload. This Community Health RN position provides comprehensive nursing services to individuals and families in the community. We are seeking RNs with the ability to be flexible, work autonomously, and have a sense of humor is highly recommended.

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of one year acute care nursing (RN) experience for day 8a-4:30p position. Evening 12p to 8:30p position must have current home care experience - Evening shift has premium differential included.
