Join a hospitality-focused senior housing company! Century Park Associates invites those interested in starting a career in senior housing management to join our team as a Manager in Training.

Currently, a MIT position is available in Post Falls, ID.

The MANAGER-IN-TRAINING (MIT) prepares for a future management role in assisted living and independent living under a seasoned general manager’s guidance. The 6 to 12 month paid t raining program includes rotations through all departments including Resident Care, Business Office, Facility Management, Housekeeping & Laundry, Dining Services, Recreational Services, Sales & Marketing and Operations / Human Resources / Leadership.

Ideal Candidate
· BS degree (preferably in long term care management, healthcare management, business administration or hospitality)
· Willingness and ability to travel / relocate for training and placement
· Willingness and ability to relocate for full-time position after training
· Desire to serve seniors demonstrated by prior volunteer experience or work in senior living
· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
· Good judgment and initiative
· Desire to learn
· Positive outlook
· Advocate of hospitality and customer service
