Job Description:	Ensures smooth operation of the Care Center reception desk. Answers phone, greets and assists visitors, serves as secretary to the team manager, nursing staff and physicians; facilitates communication between team members, physicians, patients, families and visitors; maintains Care Center patient charts, assures compliance with medical records requirements. Coordinates the provision of linen and routine maintenance services, ensures adequate office and medical supplies by regular inventories and ordering. Requirements High School or equivalent, 1-2 years related office experience preferred. Solid computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills required. Experience with multi-line phone preferred. Ability to work within a team.
