Five Star Rehab & Wellness is the Therapy Division of Five Star Quality Care, LLC, a solid organization that offers a supportive team environment, with a strong focus on providing our residents with outstanding Therapy services; encompassing our mission of empowerment, integrity and wellness!  Seeking a Physical Therapist  with 2+ years of experience working with senior population in an outpatient clinic or skilled facility, and at least a year in a leadership role.
