  • Provision of nursing services in accordance with applicable state licensure status, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations. These services are performed in accordance with the physicians' orders and under the direction and supervision of an RN or Director of Patient Services.








Education: Licensed LPN/LVN Nurse.



Experience: One year nursing experience. IV therapy certification preferred




Licenses/Certificates: Licensed as a LPN/LVN Nurse in state, Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification. Must complete required departmental competencies to validate competency and maintain competency.
