To learn more about our Home Care Company and becoming a part of our committed team of health care professionals, see us at http://www.chs.net/career_openings/corporate.html · Establishes and maintains standards of food production, service, sanitation, safety and security in compliance with HACCP, government regulations, CHAP standards and Hospice policies. · Ensures dietary and nutritional needs of patients are met Manages usage of resources (labor, materials, supplies) to ensure Agency's financial goals are met. · Participates in educational needs of the Hospice staff. · Carries out duties of Clinical Dietitian by providing nutrition counseling and education to patients and families/Caregivers. Educates outpatients and community through individual counseling sessions, group classes and community speaking engagements. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in dietetics or food/nutrition with completion of dietetic internship approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in food service or clinical nutrition area in healthcare facility. Licenses/Certificates: Registration by Commission of Dietetic Registration of ADA. |
