Job Description:  Leads the overall operations of multi-business units consisting of approximately 8-12 health care facilities. Overall accountability for the direction and business results of the facilities, including financial growth, clinical outcomes, employee relations and development, and customer service. Understands the dynamics of the local markets served, and participates in the development of strategies to optimize market position on an ongoing basis.*Completion of a bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred*A minimum of 5 years experience as a nursing home administrator or a minimum of 5 years experience in multi-facility operations management or consultation (in finance, clinical, human resources or other related field) in long term care with demonstrated ability to achieve desired business results*Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to foster performance behaviors that drive desired business results*Business acumen in the areas of revenue enhancement, cash management, people management and development, financial management, and functioning in a highly regulated environment*Must be able to relate positively, favorably, and cooperatively with others, including employees and personnel of outside agencies and organizations*Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required*Must be able to travel consistent with demands of the position*Must have the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job*Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
