Job Description:	About the Opportunity Responsibilities: (summary) Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment. Delivers nursing care to patients requiring long term care Collects patient data, makes observations and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient. According to state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations. Qualifications Ideal candidate must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to residents in the care of the facility Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN/LVN in the state where practicing or eligible for reciprocity. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
