Innovative Senior Care (ISC), of Brookdale Senior Living, (BKD) has a great full-time career opportunity for either a PT to serve as the Outpatient Therapy Coordinator overseeing therapy program in our upscale retirement communities located in Arkon, Ohio. Candidate must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio. Previous experience within Assited Living/Independent Living settings and previous management experience a plus!

Position Summary

Provides and directs Physical or Occupational or Speech Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under physicians' orders. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Physical or Occupational or Speech Therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations and code of conduct. In conjunction with the Director of Senior Care, supervises outpatient Physical Therapists / Assistants, Occupational Therapists / Assistants, Speech Therapists and Aides. Is responsible for outpatient program development.
