The selected Medication Technician will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence.

The ideal candidates will be goal focused, customer service oriented, and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• Med pass according to resident service plan.
• Recording and reporting changes in residenr's eating habits to supervisor.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED)
• CNA with Certified Med Tech required.
• 1 year preferred experience
• Experience working with elderly and/or memory impaired
