Job Description:	The Certified Nursing Assistant Special Care provides assistance, supervision and services to residents. Will act under the supervision of a charge nurse. Provides assistance to residents of Assisted Living, cuing activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, etc. Ensures residents are accounted for and reside in a safe environment. Monitors the location of residents on the unit, monitors doors and alarm systems, identifies, reports and helps to correct unsafe conditions. Requirements Must have current Missouri Certified Nurses Assistant Certification Must have successfully completed a certified nursing assistant course approved by the Missouri Division of Aging Must have excellent social, organizational, and problem solving skills Must have ability to follow instructions Must have excellent time management skills Must have multitasking abilities Required to work on all nursing communities in the Village Care Center. MUST WORK THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: Sun/Mon/Fri/Sat - Sun/Thurs 10:30p-6:30a EOE/D/V Tobacco-Free Post-Offer Background Check and Drug Screen Required
