Job Description: 

Assistant Director Home Care

Duties:

  • Manage daily operation of integrated clinical services provided by Visiting Nurse Services, a division of Lifespan
  • Assure clinical care provided meets patient needs in compliance with Lifespan and other regulatory standards
  • Assure appropriate utilization of services and outcomes is accurately documented 

Requires:

  • BSN licensed to practice in Michigan
  • Graduate degree in related subject is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership success within homecare environment
  • Senior management experience in integrated multi service home health organization
  • Advanced computer literacy

Position is salary (exempt) with exceptional benefits.
