Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Atria Crossroads Place in Waterford, CT. The primary job function of the Executive Director is to lead the day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility. Scope of Responsibilities Include: - Plans, implements and evaluates all aspects of operations - Recruits and trains team members - Supervises employees and creates/maintains a highly functioning team environment - Has a direct supervisory responsibility for team members - Maintains high customer satisfaction and ensures a quality-oriented workforce - Complies with all local, state and federal regulations - Focus on safety, creating a safe working and living environment Qualifications Requirements Include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related subject required. - Minimum 5-7 years related business management experience in skilled, assisted living or retirement living facility/community management. - Demonstrated success in census building, revenue generation, staff retention, customer satisfaction and fiscal management Benefits Atria offers a competitive salary and benefit package including 401k and tuition reimbursement. |
