CAMPUS MANAGER

 

Join a hospitality-focused senior housing company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee!  Century Park Associates invites a seasoned General Manager to join our team. We currently have an opening for a Campus Manager in Lawrenceville, GA that will oversee a senior housing campus consisting of Independent and Assisted Living.

 

Garden Plaza and The Bridge at Lawrenceville are high-end communities that offer 150 independent living and 65 assisted living apartments as a part of a campus setting that also offers skilled nursing (managed by our sister company, Life Care Centers of America).

 

Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing, specifically IL, AL and/or CCRC
* Solid work history a must (3+ years with each employer a must)
* Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts
* Genuine compassion for seniors
* Proven track record of profitability including solid understanding of P& L accounting
* Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative
* Effective people skills
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
* Must be willing to learn building operation software (Blue Step HQ)
* BS degree preferred
