Job Description:	Silverado Senior Living. Passion. Possibilities. Purpose. Silverado Senior Living is seeking an on-call Dietary Aide at our community to assist as needed with food preparation and washing dishes. This position is per diem and the candidate of choice will serve as a backup when someone is sick or on vacation. This position does not include a regular schedule. The general responsibilities will include: Assist with food preparation Clean kitchen and dining area. Fill chemical dispensers of dish machine and loads machine with dishes. Mop all dietary floors. Stock supplies, meats and groceries. Communicate with residents as well as record and maintain tray cards and dietary labels.
