Job Description:  About the Opportunity Brentwood Sub Acute Health Care Center a 163 bed facility skilled nursing facility located in Burbank Illinois. Brentwood Sub-Acute Health Care Center is located at 5400 West 87th St Burbank Illinois 60459. The PTA performs patient/resident care and activities as directed by the OT. Records treatments given and progress notes in the medical record. Full time, part-time and PRN opportunites are available. Qualifications Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and possess (or be eligible for) a current PTA license in the State where the facility is located. New Grads are welcome! Experience in an acute care, rehab setting or SNF is a plus.
