Job Description:  About the Opportunity Brentwood Sub-Acute Health Care Center is a 163 bed skilled nursing facility and Medicare certified specializing in Subacute and Rehabilitative Care and features many specialty services like -Ventilator and Pulmonary Management, Peritoneal, Dialysis and Wound Care. Our rehabilitation services are designed to improve Functional status resulting from Trauma, Stroke, Fractures, Joint Replacement, Amputation, Cardio-Pulmonary Disease, and work Related injury. Brentwood Sub-Acute Health Care Center is located at 5400 West 87th St. Burbank Illinois 60459. The COTA performs patient/resident care and activities as directed by the OT. Records treatments given and progress notes in the medical record. Full time, part time and PRN opportunities are available. Qualifications Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and possess (or be eligible for) a current COTA license in the State where the facility is located. New Grads are welcome! Experience in an acute care, rehab setting or SNF is a plus.
