Job Description: 

(Part-Time, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm), (Part-Time, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm), (Full-Time, 10:30 pm to 6:30 am), (Weekend Option, 10:30 pm to 6:30 am) - Must be currently enrolled in the PA State Nurse Aide Registry. Float Pool. Administers basic nursing care for Residents in accordance with procedures and state/federal regulations. Completes appropriate records. Maintains safety and sanitation standards. Works under general direction of Care Leader. Work is routinely reviewed for soundness of judgment, adequacy and accuracy. Scope of job duties are complex and the quality of work contributes to Resident and co-worker safety and well-being. Care Giver must be proficient in basic nursing care to meet the Resident’s physical and emotional needs. Is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have a working knowledge of basic nursing skills as acquired through the satisfactory completion of a state approved training program consisting of no less than 75 hours of training and at least 37.5 hours of supervised practical training.  Must maintain current enrollment in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Must maintain ongoing CEU’s (must complete 12 hours per year).  Access to PHI (Protected Health Information) will be based on Manager/Directors approval related to job responsibilities.
